Delivery Timelines

Stock Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of stock, non-customised golf balls will ship within 5 business days.

Custom Golf Ball Shipments:
All orders of custom golf balls (golf balls with text and/or logo) will ship within 5-10 business days.

Gear Shipments:
All Titleist golf gear items will ship within 2-5 business days or less.

Stock gear and custom golf ball products will ship separately.

Transit Times
Current transit times for the Netherlands is 2 business days.

Returns Policy

All sales of personalised or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalised or customised product online and you would like to talk to our Titleist experts about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 0800 090 918 M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM or email: mytitleist_uk@titleist.co.uk

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on Titleist.co.uk, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Holiday Free Personalisation Promotion

1. The Holiday Free Personalisation promotion will run till December 19th, 2025.
To ensure delivery by december 24th, place your order before december 1st, 2025.
Orders placed after dec. 1st are not guaranteed to be delivered by december 24th.

2. Minimum order one dozen.

3. All ball models are part of this promotion, except Pro V1 and Pro V1x Performance Alignment, Pro V1x Yellow, AVX AIM 360°, Tour Soft AIM 360°, and Velocity Matte models.

4. All personalization will be in Helvetica bold, black ink and UPPERCASE only. Single pole personalization only. Only vertical print. (Up to 3 lines and a maximum of 17 letters per line - including spaces) - All characters on the keyboard can be printed i.e. (@, ! , §, $, &, ?, €, •, #, Š, È, Û.). Special characters can be printed in combination with one or more letters. Individual characters, such as a ! or . are unfortunately not possible. 

5. Due to license rights, we are unfortunately unable to print licensed names such as "FC BAYERN", "LIVERPOOL FC"...

6. Team orders are only possible in combination with a player name (i.e. TEAM GC STARNBERG JULIAN SCHMIDT)

7. We will automatically print the personalization text with the standard size. “Standard size” means that we will optimize the overall size of the text depending on the number of characters.

8. Depending on availability, the delivery time is approx 3/4 weeks.

9. Titleist reserves the right to decline printing proposals.

10. Offer valid while stocks last.

11. The promotion cannot be combined with own use or other discounts.

12. Each dozen ordered through that promotion will include a complementary Titleist ball-marker.
