Titleist Tips: One-Arm Training for Finesse Wedges

From James Sieckmann On March 24, 2020
In golf, training with one arm at a time can be a very effective way to practice. Because you can't swing as fast or violently with just one hand on the club, it becomes easier to isolate movements... and get immediate feedback when you move the club correctly or incorrectly. As Titleist staff member James Sieckmann shares in this video, one arm training is particularly useful when it come to finesse wedges.

Try James' left-arm-only drill to build a sound, on-plane backswing and optimal bend in the left wrist. And use his right-arm-only drill to work on your low point control and a proper release of the club through impact.
